Billing & Payments | Winter & Summer


Bills for summer and winter courses are available in November (Winter) and April (Summer) following registration via your online Rowan Self Service account. If you register after the initial billing period for that term, your bill will be available immediately. Your official bill is available only by logging into your self-service account. Payment Deadlines

If payment is not made by the deadlines indicated below, you may be dropped from registration for non-payment. Dropped courses and registration cancellations for non-payment may be performed by the Bursar or Registrar for anyone with an outstanding balance at that time, regardless of the session you are registered for. However, due to open/ongoing registration, it is not guaranteed that you will be dropped. Therefore, you must drop yourself from the course(s) within the drop/add deadline or you will be held responsible for all charges including a late fee. A bursar hold may also be placed on your Rowan account, which will prohibit all registration and transcript/grade services until payment has been made.

Summer Deferred Payment Plan

A deferred payment plan that allows students to pay their total summer bill in three installments is available. There is a $30.00 participation fee. For more details please see the Bursar's website.

Payment Methods

Online via Rowan Self Service

You may pay your bill via Rowan Self Service any day (Monday-Sunday) between 7AM-11PM.

  1. Log into Banner Self Service by clicking on the "Access Banner Services/Secure Area" link. You will need your Rowan/Banner ID and PIN to enter.
  2. Once in the secure site, click on the Bursar tab. From there you will see a link to the ePay Center where you can view your account balance and make payment.

Once on the ePay Center, students may authorize parents to make payments on their Rowan Self Service account without needing Rowan ID or PIN. This option is under "My Profile Setup" on the home screen.

In Person or By Mail

  1. Make check or money order payable to: "Rowan University."
  2. Please indicate your nine-digit Rowan ID number on all payments and remit payment in person or mail to:
